Curry leaves - a bunch

Procedure

1. In a pan, heat oil and add the mustard seeds. Once the seeds splutter, add curry leaves, peanuts, roasted chana dal and fry. Once they are about to turn golden brown, add green chillies and fry.
2. Now add poha and murmura and fry until the poha and murmura turn crunchy.
3. Now add turmeric powder, salt and sugar and mix evenly until the entire chudwa is coated   with sugar, salt n turmeric. You can add sugar at the end so that it doesn't melt.
4. To avoid the sediment of salty stuff ( salt generally gets settled at the bottom), you can use the collander and filter out.
5. Let the chudwa cool down completely before storing it in air tight container.
