Summer is not complete without the delicious mangoes. It is said to be "The King of the fruits" and is an excellent source of vitamins A and C. Mango milk shake is an all time favorite even with kids. Beat the scorching heat with this yummy yummy milk shake..
Ingredients:
Ripe mango - 1
Milk - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1/2 Cup ( Or as per taste)
Almonds - 3-4
Pistachios - 3-4
Cashews - 4-5
Ice cubes - 4 to 5
Procedure:
Boil milk and dry fruits together (this makes the milk shake taste great) and let cool for a while and blend.
Now peel the mango and cut into moderate pieces. Now blend the mango pieces, sugar and ice cubes with the milk and dry fruits already blended. Serve Chilled. A leaf of mint gives refreshing taste to the milk shake but it is optional.
