Mysore Bondalu with Peanut Chutney

MysoreBondaaaa...spongy dumpling with crispy n cumin taste....my mom used to make these on Sunday's and i used to enjoy a lot because of the crunchiness and when dipped in coconut chutney it will be delicious....





Ingredients:

All purpose flour(Maida) 1 cup
Sour curd 1 cup(can use little amount of water to make batter)
Green chilies (finely chopped)-2
cuminseeds 3 tsp
Salt to taste
onion 1small(finely chopped)
Baking soda A pinch

Method:

1)Mix all the ingredients to a batter(punugulu batter consistency).

2)Ferment it over night.(atleast 5 hours)

3)Heat oil in pan. When the oil is hot enough, drop the batter little by little in oil and deep fry them till golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney .
