Kudumulu/Undrallu
Ingredients:
1 cup rice powder,.
2 cups water
3 tbsp channa dal (soaked in water)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ghee
Method:
1) Heat ghee in a pan and add the soaked channa dal and fry till golden color.
2)Then add water and salt, bring to a boil. Once it reaches boiling point,add the ground rice and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.
3)When the water is absorbed and appears like a upma consistency,cover and cook for 2 minutesand turn off heat and let it cool.
3 Once cool, make lemon sized balls of the cooked mixture. kudumulu/Undrallu are ready.
