Ingredients:
Dry mirchi - 7 to 8
Rai - 1 spoon
Urad dal - handful
Coriander seeds - 2 spoons
Oil - Sufficient to fry the above
Menthi leaves - 1 to 2 bunches
Tamarind paste - as per taste
Procedure:
Fry dry mirchi,rai,urad dal,coriander seeds in little oil.
Clean and fry methi leaves with all the above contents.
Soak tamarind in the water.Grind the mixture with tamarind paste.Put popu and serve with hot rice.
